A Walk From Swanage to Corfe Castle,

to celebrate the 140th anniversary of The Hand of Ethelberta.  The walk will follow in the footsteps of Ethelberta's donkey, a route providing spectacular coastal views. It will conclude with a visit to the Castle (bring National Trust membership cards) after which we will return to Swanage by the heritage steam train.  During the walk there will also be references to A Laodicean. Bring a packed lunch as you will probably be hungry before we reach Corfe Castle.  Leaders,Tony Fincham and Helen Lange.  Walk approximately 7.5 miles. Meet in the forecourt of Swanage station on Victoria Street.  There is a car park close to the station; follow signs to Long Term Main Beach car park.
